Considerable inconsistencies were evident in the results of trials begun in 1964, in which 2, 4-D amine, 2, 4-D + 2, 4, 5-T low-volatile esters (Brushkiller), AMS, picloram and herbicidal oil (Annalos 11) were evaluated as stump treatments (immediately after cutting, or delayed until two weeks after) for the control of Quercus dumosa.
