Increased sensitivity of the complement fixation test for foot and mouth disease

Vetertinariya, Moscow, 41: 8

The sensitivity of c.f. tests for F & M disease was increased 2-16 times by allowing the reaction to take place at 4-6 degrees C. for 18-20 hours.
