Three ram lambs of each of the Edelbaev, Degeres and Kargalin breeds and a meat/semifine-wooled type were killed at 4 1/2-5 mth of age. Carcass weight averaged 15.9, 17.8, 16.3 and 20.4 kg resp., meat percentage 73.3, 73.4, 73.5 and 76.9, and weight of fat 2.8, 2.7, 1.6 and 0.9 kg.
