The indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA), the bentonite flocculation (B), the latex agglutination, the charcoal agglutination, and the Suessenguth-Kline flocculation tests were carried out on serum from 12 pigs experimentally infected with T. spiralis, and the IFA and B tests on serum from 1, 302 people and 48 rats.
