An experiment was conducted in Japan to investigate the influence of post-treatment humidity on adults of Sitophilus zeamais Motsch. subjected to y-radiation from a 60Co source. Relative humidities of the order of 50-60, 70-80 and 100% were tested at four temperatures ranging from 5 to 35 degrees C..
