Interpopulation breeding of maize in Honduras. Reciprocal recurrent selection

The results obtained from 17 hybrids when sown as a late crop in four localities are presented. Their mean yield was 3. 6% higher than that of Eto Blanco x Carolina 14, the two best hybrids surpassing it by 19. 9 and 19. 4% respectively.
