Stool examination of 215 natives of the Lake Baringo area of central Kenya revealed various protozoa and the following helminths with the percentage incidence of infection shown in parentheses: Hymenolepis nana (2%), Taenia (9%), Enterobius vermicularis (1%), hookworm (4%), Strongyloides (1%), Trichostrongyhts (8%), Trichuris trichiura (5%) and Fasciola hepatica (3%).
