Investigations on the intensive mineral fertilizing of potatoes. Part II. Effect of fertilizing on contents and yields of starch and protein



Pam. Pulawski 37: 113-122



Protein percentage in the crop increased with increasing dressings of N (60-180 kg/ha), whereas starch content was increased by the lowest and decreased by the highest N rate. Application of K2O (120 and 240 kg) did not affect protein, and slightly decreased starch content.
