Linkage relationships of Strong's luxoid gene in the mouse

Linkage relationships of Strong's luxoid gene in the mouse

Journal of Heredity 61(2): 64-66

Evidence is presented which indicates that Strong's luxoid gene (lst) is located in linkage group V. The weighted estimate of recombination between lst and agouti (A) was 19.34%, and the combined estimate of recombination between A and ragged (Ra) was 23.0%, the probable order of the 3 loci being lst-A-Ra.
