An installation designed for mechanized manufacture of pickled cheese, e.g. Chanakh, consists essentially of raised mechanical cheese vats, moulding trolleys, distributor with moulds, vibrator-conveyor, belt conveyor, lift and sunken brine tanks. The equipment is arranged at 2 levels and the throughput is 6 tons milk/shift.
