The following is virtually the authors' summary. Residues of Bidrin were evaluated on and in mature Valencia oranges. The persistence data indicated the RL50 (half-life) value to be 13-16 days on the peel under the conditions described. There was no detectable translocation of Bidrin into the juice and pulp of the orange fruit during the 100-day study.
