The most frequently infected ornamental host was C. lawsoniana from which 2/3 of the isolates were P. lateralis, 1/6 P. cinnamomi, and 1/6 an unidentified P. sp. P. lateralis and the P. sp. were isolated only from C. lawsoniana but P. cinnamomi also infected yew and rhododendron.
