For part 3 see Abst. 7235 Vol. 42. 4. Lambs in 2 groups of 11 were fed to appetite from weaning to slaughter on hay and a concentrate containing either rapeseed or linseed oilmeal. In a 2nd trial on 2 groups of 12 each of 8 male and 4 female lambs only the rapeseed concentrate was given to appetite and an equal amount of the linseed concentrate was given to the other group.
