Relationships between greasy fleece weight and age, type of birth, live weight and number of lambs suckling in Kivircik ewes
Lalahan Zpotek. Arast. Enst. Derg 10(1/2): 31-40
Analysis of data obtained in 1970 on 522 Kivircik ewes at Inanli State Farm revealed that greasy fleece weight increased with increasing age to 3.5 yr and began to decrease at 4.5 yr. The av. fleece weight of twin ewes was 96 g less than that of singles, and ewes producing twin lambs yielded less wool than those producing singles; the differences were significant.
