Ripening of pea and the determination of a suitable harvest time. 1. Influence of the harvest time on the composition and seed value of pea and the harvest loss height

It is concluded from a 4-year study of ripening that the optimum time for harvesting green-seeded peas is when the moisture content of the seed is 50-55%, and with yellow-seeded varieties 30%.
