Studies in water relations of rice. II. Effect of varying water regimes on growth and yield of spring (boro), autumn (aus) and winter (aman) rice



Indian J. agric. Sci 37: 369-89



Nine varieties (three each of spring, autumn and winter types) were tested under six different water regimes. Each of the three varieties in each seasonal group had a low, medium or high water requirement. The spring varieties DI3 and CB1 gave the highest yields and had the greatest number of tillers respectively.
