4 modified dried milks on the Korean market were found to have the following composition: water, 2.57-4.31%; protein, 19.23-26.17%; fat, 0.45-19.75%; lactose, 26.62-48.0%; ash, 3.76-5.90%; and Ca, 278.80-472.81 mg %.
