The following is based largely on the English summary of this sixth paper in a series. The quantities of allethrin and its synergists penetrating the cuticle of Musca domestica vicina Macq, were determined by means of a gas Chromatograph equipped with an electron capture detector and a recorder; the conditions under which the analyses took place are noted. A typical gas chromato-gram of allethrin and a calibration curve obtained by plotting sample size against response are shown.
