Abstract
The following are based largely on the author's abstracts of these accounts of studies carried out m India on the nutritional requirements of the larvae of Dacus cucurbitae Coq. The qualitative roles of B vitamins in the growth and development of the larvae were studied by comparing the weights of individuals reared on the complete medium with the weights of those reared on media lacking one of the vitamins.
