With the development of the agriculture and food industry the transport sector of the E. German economy is becoming increasingly important as the intermediary between production and distribution. Only by having labour and management organized on industrial lines can transport be further developed economically. Analysis of the initial situation and the nature of the problem provide the necessary information on natural and economic conditions for planning the organization of labour.
