Variations in acidity and rennet coagulation time of cows' milk during winter feeding

Investigations have been carried out at 3 experimental stations on the rennet coagulation times and acidity of milk during winter feeding. The acidity of milk could be reduced by feeding precipitated chalk. Urea, added to the fodder instead of an equivalent quantity of protein, had no influence on the acidity of milk.
