Average thiamin HCl, nicotinic acid and riboflavin contents (mg/kg) with ranges in parentheses, of 8 samples of spray-drieddeproteinized salted whey were 1.76 (1.10-3.00), 0.86 (0.66-1.00) and 30.44 (16.5-44.5) respectively; corresponding values for spray-dried deproteinized sweet whey were 2-81 (2.20-3.25 for 5 samples examined), 1.72 (1.60-2.20 for 5 samples) and 31.00 (26.5-35.5 for 4 samples).
