A study was conducted in 2003 in Uttar Pradesh, India, to determine the effect of growth substances on flower yield and bulb production of tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa) Pearl Double. Treatments comprised: three ethrel rates (100, 150 and 200 ppm), three maleic hydrazide rates (50, 100 and 150 ppm), three cycocel rates (3000, 5000 and 7000 ppm).
