Effects of a few combinations of nitrogen sources on the growth of the pure mycelium cultures of Boletus aereus, Boletus aestivalis, Boletus edulis and Boletus pinophilus

Pagine di Micologia (27): 109-115

The mycelium growth of B. aereus, B. aestivalis, B. edulis and B. pinophilus on both liquid and solid media containing ammonium phosphate, ammonium nitrate, calcium nitrate, potassium nitrate, aspartic acid, glutammic acid, alanine, arginine, asparagine, glutammine, serine in different combinations was determined. Such substances are the ones turned out more active for the mycelium growth in a previous work on the utilization of 28 different mineral and organic nitrogen sources.
