Preventing food spoilage







Why and how foods spoil, and why and how it can and should be prevented is discussed in an unanimated multiple choice format. Unclean/pitted utensils, incorrect food storage, time/temperature considerations, food line portion sizes, leftovers handling, cleaning chemical contaminations, and cleanliness, the subjects considered, are all geared to ultimately benefit the patient in a health care facility.
