Two hundred and twenty-six people from one factory in Jiangsu, China were surveyed in 2005 with regard to their job satisfaction. The results showed that the general satisfaction of rural migrant workers is low. The satisfaction is a little higher in the colleague relationship and leadership area but significantly lower in the working time and environment area.
