Estimation of the error of reserves estimation and its regression model

Estimation of the error of reserves estimation and its regression model

Earth Science Journal of China University of Geoscience

Using the data obtained in the exploitation and exploration of the Gejiu Tin Mine, we have done tests on rarefied densities of all possible projects under different densities on computers. Based on the results of these tests, we have advanced the estimated formula for ore grades, thickness, projected area, volume of ore bodies, and metallic reserves. Taking the large type of compound lenticular skarn ore deposit-sulfide deposit as an example, we have established the regression model of the metallic reserves error and the number of projects with different variation coefficients in tin grade of penetrating samples, and applied this model to the error estimation of metallic reserves and the forecasting of project effectiveness.
