Based on analysis of the metallogenetic background of gold and copper deposits, it is believed that the epithermal gold deposits are the most preliminary mineralizing type. There exist some favorable ore-forming loci, such as Lower Carboniferous subvolcanic strata. Some clues indicate the direction for gold and copper exploration.
