Abstract
A new species of the genus Agenioideus A. ishikawai , similar to A. amurensis (GUSSAKOVSKIJ) of Ussuri, USSR, and A. humilis (Cresson) of North America, is described from Japan. This species is easily distinguished from other species of the Japanese Pompilidae by its bifasciate fore wing and the basally white spotted hind tibia.
