Performance of pigeonpea genotypes in intercropping system under rainfed conditions in vertisol

A field experiment was carried out for two years during kharif 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 at Agricultural Research Station, Warangal on clay loamy soil to know the influence of pigeonpea genotypes on productivity in intercropping system under rainfed conditions. Eight treatments comprising four genotypes (WRG 53, WRG 27, CORG 9701 and WRG 56) and two intercrops (mungbean and urdbean) were laid out in randomized block design with three replications.
