G. (Guntheria) bisetosa and G. (Domrowana) wrenni sp. nov. are described from mammals taken in Papua New Guinea. A key to the species of Guntheria reported from Papua New Guinea is given. Notes on the structure of the palpal claw and host identifications are presented for N. oviensis.
