Cobalt status of forage plants grown on Goradu soil

The content of grasses and cereal strains at the mature stage varied from 0.15 to 1.10 ppm with maize stalks being the highest. The amount of Co in several forages varied with location, but in no case was so low as to indicate any likelihood of deficiency in grazing animals.
