Experimental study of coronary circulation by coronary artery catheterization Direct effect of nor-adrenalin on coronary circulation and electrocardiographic changes

Experimental study of coronary circulation by coronary artery catheterization Direct effect of nor-adrenalin on coronary circulation and electrocardiographic changes

Japanese Circulation Jour: 637-644

Norepinephrine (NE) exerts a vasoconstrictor action on the coronary artery as epinephrine (E) does. The action of NE on the coronary vessels was strengthened by the previous administration of atropine. The ecg showed a decrease in pulse rate, an elevation of the T wave, occasional occurrence of right bundle branch block or Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome.
