Abstract
ɑ1-glycoproteins have been isolated from the urine of patients with proteinuria by means of salt precipitation followed by separation of DEAE cellulose. By means of horse sera raised against whole human serum two major immunologically identifiable fractions have been found. The relation of these fractions to other proteins described in the literature is discussed.
