Im-munological studies on young infants inoculated with diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis adsorbate vaccine

Im-munological studies on young infants inoculated with diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis adsorbate vaccine

Ann Immunol Hungaricae 3: 76-90

No striking difference in the antibody level was observed 2 weeks after primary vaccination in infants inoculated at 3 months and in those receiving the same vaccine at 6-11 months. Eight months later the antibody titer of infants inoculated at 3 months showed a somewhat greater drop than those inoculated when they were older. Therefore, the booster shot is advanced to the age of 12 months when possible.
