Isofixation curves as a method of standardizing quantitative complement-fixation tests

Isofixation curves as a method of standardizing quantitative complement-fixation tests

Journal of Immunology 76(4): 259-263

Isofixation curves provide a graphic representa-tion of relationships between complement, antigen and antibody. Conditions for antigen and serum titrations are readily determined from such curves. Titers are given in terms of the slope of the linear relationship between complement and antigen and between complement and serum.
