Observations are presented on the distribution, growth and percentages of the more abundant species in various parts of the reservoir according to data collected in 1964. The spawning conditions were favorable for pike, dace, ide, roach, perch and ruffe. The largest concentrations of young occurred in the lake and mountain-valley parts of the reservoir. The growth rate of fingerlings varied from one part of the reservoir to another. Dace, roach and perch were the dominant species in the reservoir.
