Passive-active immunization with Tetanus Immune Globulin

Passive-active immunization with Tetanus Immune Globulin

New England Jour Med 268(16): 857-862

250 units of Tetanus Immune Globulin (Human) produced antibody levels of 0.01 AU per milliliter or higher in all subjects for 28 days. This dose did not noticeably depress the emerging active immunity produced by 2 10 Lf doses of purified fluid tetanus toxoid.
