Some new "urethane" and "phosphoramide" derivatives of nitrogen mustards from sexual hormones like hexestrol, stilbestrol and testosterone, have been synthesized, for obtaining some antiblastic agents with a selective action on the hormonal-dependent tumors. These substances retain the hormonal activity and show a marked reduction of the toxicity and of the secondary noxious effects of the cytostatics, while the antiblastic action is maintained integrally while varying in intensity according to the sex of the animals, to the type of the tumor and to the hormone contained in the respective substance.
