Some clinical chemistry methods in veterinary medicine. 2: Comparative methodology for the determination of acid-soluble inorganic phosphorus in serum

Some clinical chemistry methods in veterinary medicine. 2: Comparative methodology for the determination of acid-soluble inorganic phosphorus in serum

Arch Exp Veterinaermed 18(5): 1089-1097

Methods used by several investigators for the determination of acid-soluble inorganic phosphorus are compared. The procedure chosen by the author has proved superior to the others by its independence of temperature and of reaction time as well as by its sensitivity.
