Spatial distribution of chromosomes to the nuclei of human somatic tissue cells. Acrocentric chromosomes

A mathematical model of lymphocyte was built on the basis of well-known biological facts. Using this model a hypothesis of independence of a spatial distribution of 10 acrocentric chromosomes within the nucleus was examined. The independence of the distribution was rejected with a probability of more man 0.999. This method permits to decide different questions of the spatial distribution of chromosomes in the nuclei of lymphocytes.
