Then the author made up [PHI]L (left hand lead point (ECG.) to compare it with their anamnesis and the myocardial phosphatide relation. If the Tl/ RL (RL is the height of the chief deflection of QRS-group in [PHI]l was smaller than -0.1, a past history manifesting a susceptibility to mvocardial disease is suspected.
