Study on the pro-liferative effect of a single very small dose of estrogen and androgen after using the strip method for removal of the horny layer in a case of multiple basalomas

The author tried to produce an epithelial proliferation by a single application on the normal skin of a patient suffering from multiple basalomas of ointments which contained very small doses of estrogen and/or androgen and which were applied after the horny layer was removed by the strip method. Results were negative. Even at the site of a basaloma where the strip method was used 24 hours before it's excision no changes at all were found later.
