The application of program controlled automatic digital computers and electronic analog computers for the solution of chemotherapeutic problems

The application of program controlled automatic digital computers and electronic analog computers for the solution of chemotherapeutic problems

Antibiot Chemotherap 12: 243-251

A computing unit, a storage unit, and a control unit build up a digital computer. Some remarks follow on programming. In the 2nd part some details are given of the fundamentally different constructions and mode of operation of electronic analog computers. The consideration of an example from pharmacokinetic literature illustrates different methods of using digital and analog computers.
