Yield results and agronomic performance are reported for 45 cereal varieties which completed full Primary Trials. The following varieties were added to the Recommended Lists: Kloka and Opal spring wheats; Dea, Maris Otter and Maris Puma winter barleys; Cambrinus, Deba Abed, Europa, Impala, Maris Concord, and Pallas spring barleys; Maris Quest. Milns Prophet and Peniarth winter oats and Astor spring oats. Short notes are also given on other varieties which were withdrawn after Preliminary Trials only.
