A regional geochemical explorational model for disseminated gold deposits in Sichuan, China

A regional geochemical explorational model for disseminated gold deposits in Sichuan, China

Dizhi yu Kantan = Geology and Prospecting 38, Suppl. (Pages 231-234, 247

A regional geochemical exploration model was established for disseminated micro-fine disseminated gold ore fields based on the geochemical anomalies of the Dongbeizhai gold deposit and the Manaoke gold deposit in Sichuan, China. The regional geochemical anomalies, controlled by geological structure, are distributed mainly in the sedimentary facies composed of clastic-carbonate-clastic rock with a calcareous, muddy and arenaceous ingredient. The synthetic integrated anomalies of An, As, Hg, Sb, and W encircle the ore field. Anomalies of Ag, Cu, Mo, Pb, and Bi, which look like a noncontinuous ring, enclose the range of the ore field anomaly. T, the regional geochemical metallogenic environment, is in an anomalous area with low contrast Si, Na content and high contrast Fe content.
