A statistical note on Carmen Boutes Effects of electrical fields and radiations of atmospheric and cosmic origin on water

Data reported by C. Boute (ibid. 7(1): 146-155, 1955) are examined by a complicated statistical procedure which takes into account "persistence". The new calculations demonstrate that the correlation between the data from Brussels and that from Florence is hardly significant. The author suggests that further experimental work might provide a definitive solution.
