Text of the agreement. Article 2 deals with stabilization of the revenue from the export of basic products, of which iron ore is one. Article 3 deals with aid for the projects and programs and the development of mining and energy potential of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Ocean countries, article 4 deals with investments, article 5 with industrial cooperation, etc.
