Analysis of some traits on phenotypic and molecular level for two- and multi-rowed doubled haploids of spring barley

Variability of some quantitative morphological traits and RAPD markers was studied in spring barley doubled haploid (DH) lines obtained earlier in the Department of Quantitative Genetics (Institute of Plant Genetics in Poznan) with use of the <i>Hordeum bulbosum</i> method. Twenty lines were derived after mutagenic treatment of seed set on F<sub>1</sub> hybrids between the two-rowed cultivar Maresi and the six-rowed one Klimek.
