, : Aplastic Anemia In Pregnancy: Report Of A Case. Obstetrics and Gynecology 23: 99-103

A case of complete bone marrow aplasia of unknown etiology affecting a women in the third trimester of pregnancy is presented. Induced labor at term, with the aid of platelet transfusions, resulted in a normal delivery and the birth of a healthy child. The patient succumbed to Pseudomonas Septicemia 8 days after delivery. Some of the obstetric and medical problems involved are discussed.
